| Annapurna Mahaprasadam |
Introduction: 'Shree Annapurna Mahaprasadam' project provides food in the form of food grain, cereals, cooking oil and other raw material to poor and needy school going children studying in certain remote areas of Mumbai and some others around the city like Virar, Kelve and Thane. Initiated under the guidance of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu, and managed by Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation (SAUF) along with its allied organizations the purpose of this project is to provide these growing children with a nutritious and sumptuous diet and thus nourish their physical and mental capacities. As deprivation of food, drains the body & the mind and even stunts growth eventually leading to deprivation of education, providing food, very obviously rules out the impending risk.
